About Bankors

Bankors is the enterprise banking automation platform that connects enterprises directly to their banks. We automate Letters of Credit, Letters of Guarantee, Loans, and Bank Facilities — integrated end-to-end with Oracle Fusion and other ERPs. No more juggling bank portals, spreadsheets, and email chains.

What you will be doing

  • Own the relationship with enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal.
  • Partner with finance, treasury, and IT teams to drive adoption of Bankors across Letters of Credit, Letters of Guarantee, Loans, and Bank Facilities.
  • Lead implementation projects: data migration from bank portals, Oracle Fusion integration setup, and user training.
  • Turn customer feedback into product insights — you are the voice of the customer inside Bankors.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across modules, business units, and banks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management at a B2B SaaS, banking, or ERP company.
  • Comfortable talking to CFOs, treasurers, and IT leaders in English and Arabic.
  • Understanding of corporate banking, trade finance, or ERP workflows is a strong plus.
  • Structured, calm under pressure, and genuinely curious about enterprise finance.
