Bankors is building the bridge between enterprise ERP systems and banks. We automate trade finance instruments — Letters of Credit, Letters of Guarantee, Loans, and Bank Facilities — end-to-end, with direct bank connectivity and Oracle Fusion integration. There is no dominant competitor. The category is ours to define.

What you will be doing

• Design and build features across the Bankors platform — from Letter of Credit workflows to bank connectivity and ERP sync.
• Own a real slice of the product end-to-end, from the one-page brief to production and customer feedback.
• Build integrations with banks and Oracle Fusion that move real money for real enterprises.
• Write clean, well-tested code. Small pull requests, fast reviews, continuous deploys.
• Join customer calls and turn real pain into shipped features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend or full-stack experience (Node.js, TypeScript, or similar).
• Comfortable with REST APIs, database design, and integration-heavy systems.
• Curious about enterprise finance — you do not need a banking background, but you want one.
• High-trust, ship-focused, low-ego. You would rather ship this week than argue for six months.
